Le Martini Seats 33 and Offers a Wide Variety of Expertly Crafted Grey Goose Martinis
Martini lovers in Melbourne will soon be flocking to Le Martini, the first standalone Grey Goose martini bar in the world. Created in partnership with Crown, this new martini bar in Melbourne is set to be an exclusive, intimate destination for drinkers that seats 33 people.
“We are delighted to bring the world’s first Grey Goose bar to Australia, and as such an exemplar of luxury, Crown Melbourne is undoubtedly the perfect home for Le Martini,” said Grey Goose Marketing Manager Sander Janmaat, “Here, we are creating a place where guests can sip on the very best expertly crafted Grey Goose Martinis while immersed in exquisite surrounds.”
This luxurious cocktail bar, dedicated to showcasing a singular type of vodka, promises to tantalize patrons with an extensive array of martini variations, each expertly crafted to highlight the versatility of Grey Goose’s vodka distilled and bottled in France.
Le Martini will offer a fresh experience for new and returning guests with not only a wide variety of exceptionally well-made vodka martinis but also international guest bartenders. Le Martini will kick things off with a residency from award-winning mixologist Dale De Groff, who shook up cocktail culture while working at the Rainbow Room at New York City’s Rockefeller Center.
Although the specially curated vodka martini menu has yet to be revealed, guests can likely look forward to savoring serves like the brand’s signature martini, prepared with Grey Goose vodka, Noilly Prat dry vermouth and a dash of orange bitters.
Guests can also expect to pair their martinis with bespoke French bites from a menu curated by Bistro Guillaume at Crown Melbourne.
Opening April 2024, Le Martini can be found on the ground floor of Crown Melbourne, Southbank, serving quality Grey Goose martinis from 5pm to late, Thursday to Sunday.
